Please note this is not a multi horse carnival  

Teams are to bring their own umpire horses

Horse-wash, toilets, showers & bar facilities available
All horses are to be contained in horse pens

Food will be available on grounds Saturday & Sunday

There will be an evening meal provided (menu & cost to follow)

There will be no serving of alcohol to under aged persons

All players, supporters, spectators enter grounds at their own risk
Children to be under adult supervision at all times

NO DOGS ALLOWED ON GROUNDS AT ANY TIME

This carnival will be run in conjunction with a one day Pony Club event on Saturday 6th February please respect the needs of others on this day.
