Date of Birth:11 September 1993
Country of Birth: South Africa
Residency: New Zealand - since 2003
My mother and father played polocrosse in South Africa for Heatonville and Natal, hence I grew up on the side of the field from the age of 5. Unfortunately I was only beginning to play “real” polocrosse when my family immigrated to New Zealand in 2002.
Since living in New Zealand I have ridden with the local pony club taking part in ODE’s and show jumping competitions. In January 2008 we came across the Redvale Polocrosse Club. I have since sold my lovely eventer, and now both my mother and I are playing polocrosse for Redavle Polocrosse Club within the Auckland Association.
It is fantastic!
I practice twice a week with Redavel Polocrosse Club and am working hard with the club to encourage the local pony clubs to participate in our practices days.
